Permanent position working 30 hours per week, whole year
Salary: Grade 7: (SCP15-22) £29,093 - £32,654 per annum pro rata
Actual salary: £23,588 - £26,476 per annum
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, motivated and ambitious professional to join our busy central HR team within our evolving organisation.
The successful candidate will take the lead on co-ordinating the vacancy approval process for the Trust, as we move into the roll out of our new online recruitment system. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Trust to ensure our recruitment and selection processes are consistent and of a high standard, including checking of contractual information, supporting the development of selection activities and monitoring recruitment and onboarding.
You’ll be a completer finisher, have an eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills, using your initiative to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met. Producing reports and reviewing data to identify areas to be addressed will enable you to demonstrate your drive for continuous improvement.
