Why This Role Matters As a Resourcing Administrator, you'll play a key role in making sure our nurseries are fully and effectively staffed every day. Sitting within our Resource Planning team, you'll be responsible for updating operational systems when we have new starters, leavers, or changes to contracts. You'll also work closely with our trusted staffing agencies to ensure that when nurseries need temporary help, we're ready to support them quickly and efficiently. Your work will have a real impact - helping us make smart staffing decisions, keeping payroll accurate, and supporting the highest standards of care for the children we look after. What You'll Be Doing Accurately update operational software with staffing changes. Validate and process emergency staffing requests, ensuring all internal options have been explored. Manage relationships with staffing agencies, negotiating rates and ensuring high fulfilment levels. Identify opportunities to share staff resources across clusters of nurseries. Maintain regular communication with nursery managers and Area Managers. Conduct regular data cleanses to ensure reporting accuracy. Work closely with Payroll to ensure hours, sickness reporting, and agency use are correct. Highlight and action wage changes linked to minimum wage legislation when staff birthdays occur Success in this role means keeping our operational software up to date with real accuracy and timeliness, helping nursery teams make the smartest, most cost-efficient staffing decisions. You'll build strong, trusted relationships with staffing agencies and nursery teams, ensuring emergency staffing needs are met quickly and effectively. Your proactive communication, attention to detail, and focus on data accuracy will directly support the smooth running of our nurseries, helping us maintain the highest standards of care for the children we support.
