This is a full-time, 5 days per week on-site role based in Woodstock for a Real Estate Administrator. The role involves coordinating the receipt and allocation of rental funds, as well as supporting lettings processes, and providing exceptional administrative assistance. The Administrator will manage tenant inquiries, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure smooth operations of the real estate portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities also include document management, scheduling, and supporting property-related activities. There is scope to work part-time, however 5 days will still be required
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, clients, and contractors.
* Experience in Property Management and Lettings, including familiarity with rental agreements and lease administration.
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and managing operational workflows.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* Experience in the real estate industry or a related sector is considered an advantage.
* Proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and basic property management software is beneficial.
