You will be working in the Building Services OU based in London, where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high‑quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.
As a Electrical Construction Manager, you will
* Co‑ordinate all Electrical site activities with all other site operations in relation to the inspections and electrical activities to enable the correct procedures to be strictly adhered to in relation to the livening up the electrical supplies.
* Work collaboratively with the project team and other contractors, subcontractors works packages to achieve the project goals.
* Day to day work site coordination and planning to ensure the works are carried out safely and efficiently.
* Manage recovery from client changes through understanding and applying the deal.
* Working with the subcontractor to ensure the timely preparation Risk Assessment Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Permits, Consents for the works and that these are implemented.
* Full compliance at all times in relation to the SSOW and Electrical Safety Plan and proactive management of Health and Safety on site.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Proven track record in administering the LVAP role.
* Formal H&S training accreditations, minimum SMSTS.
* Experience and Knowledge in relation to the correct testing and commissioning of complete Electrical installations.
* Completed suitable LVAP training and ensure this is kept up to date.
* Safety Critical worker assessment along with suitable First Aid training Undertaken the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and a minimum of 5 years practical experience
