Location: Severn Beach
Our client is a growing business and a well-established delivery partner to major household brands, known for reliable and efficient middle-mile service. As their business expands, so does their team - and they are now seeking a professional and dependable 7.5T Delivery Driver to join them.
The Role:
* £30,000 basic salary, rising to £33,000 after successful 3-month probation
* Achievable £5,000 performance related bonus annually
* 4 days on, 2 days off regular shift pattern
* Start times between 06:00 and 06:30
* Average of 45 hours per week
* Free on-site parking
* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Permanent contract with long-term job security
* Structured employee development plans after 12 months
Duties:
* Multi-drop delivery of large white goods (up to 25 drops per shift)
* Working with a drivers mate as part of a two-person team
* You may be required to support with installation on occasions
* Ensuring accurate, timely, and safe deliveries
* Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
* Adhering to all traffic laws and working time regulations
The Right Candidate:
* A full UK Class C1 (7.5T) licence with no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements)
* Valid CPC and Tachograph cards (CPC training can be provided if needed)
* Physically capable of handling heavy items
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
* A professional, team-oriented approach
