Client Account Executive
£30,000 - £40,000 | Orpington, Hybrid | Permanent
An established and growing insurance brokerage based in Orpington is looking to appoint a Client Account Manager to join their commercial team.
This opportunity is open to either:
Someone with previous commercial insurance experience looking to further develop their career, or
A professional with strong office-based experience who is keen to build a long-term career within the insurance sector.
Full training and structured development will be provided for the right individual.
The Role
Working alongside experienced Account Executives and brokers, you will support the management and servicing of a portfolio of commercial clients across a range of sectors.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and day-to-day client queries
Liaising with insurers to obtain and negotiate terms
Preparing and issuing policy documentation
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and system updates
Supporting client retention and new business activity
Handling inbound and outbound client communication
Building strong, professional relationships with clients and insurers
About You
Commercial insurance broking or insurer experience
Experience in an office-based, administrative or account support role – essential
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident communication skills
Eagerness to develop a career within a regulated, professional environment

£30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Orpington, Kent
Hybrid working model – 2 days from home after probation
Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 5pm
