Role Overview: Provide classroom cover across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2 as needed Lead small group and 1:1 interventions to support learning outcomes Support teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons Work with pupils of varying needs, including SEND and EAL Contribute to the wider school community and team collaboration Candidate Requirements: HLTA qualification (or significant classroom experience at HLTA level) Confident leading whole-class sessions independently A solid understanding of the UK primary curriculum Flexible, organised, and a strong communicator A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Choose Teaching Personnel?
