The Role:
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the full 360° sales cycle - from intial conversation through to close and go-live.
This is not just a meeting-booking role. You’ll be responsible for qualifying leads, running demos, closing deals, and handing customers over once live, supported by a relationship manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Handle inbound leads and referrals
* Proactively prospect and generate outbound opportunities
* Run discovery calls and product demonstrations
* Close deals and take customers through to go-live
* Build strong relationships with accountants and professional services firms
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
* Contribute to the development of sales processes and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
* Graduate-level or up to 10 years’ sales experience
* Confident and articulate on the phone
* Comfortable running demos and closing deals
* Able to sell value to professional, detail-oriented buyers
* Self-sufficient and motivated by ownership
* Not nervous picking up the phone- this role is call-heavy
