Quality Administrator – Packaging Industry \n\nAre you ultra-organised with a sharp eye for detail? Our client, a leading name in the packaging sector, is seeking a Quality Administrator to support their Quality team and keep the QMS running smoothly.\n \nAbout the Role \n\nYou’ll provide day-to-day administrative support within the Quality department—owning documentation control, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating communications with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.\n\n You’ll help ensure products and processes meet required standards. Full training will be provided (including on sampling plans such as BS 6001).\n \nKey Responsibilities \nMaintain quality documentation and records (QMS, SOPs, work instructions, version control).
\nPrepare and file inspection paperwork, Certificates of Analysis/Conformity, and batch release docs. \nLog and track NCRs, customer complaints, concessions, CAPA actions, and change controls. \nUpdate quality trackers and KPIs in Excel; produce regular reports for the team/management.
\nCoordinate internal and supplier/customer visits (agendas, packs, minutes, follow-ups). \nSupport audits: schedule, assemble evidence packs, capture actions, chase closures. \nKeep calibration, training, and competency records up to date.
\nLiaise professionally with suppliers/customers
