Job Overview BCUHB are looking to recruit a Continence Promotion Nurse to join our current Continence Staff within our Community Care Teams in Wrexham (East Area). The post supports the delivery of safe and effective services for patients with bladder and or bowel dysfunction. The post is suitable for an experienced Community Staff Nurse or Acute Nurse with Urology / Colorectal care experience, wishing to develop their skills, knowledge and competencies in managing patients with Continence Care needs in a community setting.
