Responsibilities
* Lead the support of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
* Collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies to design and implement tailored support plans that meet each child’s needs.
* Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
Qualifications
* At least Level 3 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification and experience of working at a senior level.
* Detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted.
* Excellent understanding of EYFS.
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
* Experience working with Children with SEND requirements.
* Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies.
* Ability to demonstrate multi‑agency working and experience of leading staff meetings.
