About the Role You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation, depending on the level and complexity appropriate to your experience. You will work closely with medical experts, counsel and clients, progressing cases proactively and providing clear, empathetic advice. More experienced candidates will also have opportunities to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to departmental strategy and help maintain high standards of service and performance.
