Role Overview:
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons that cater to pupils of varying abilities. You will create a stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to achieve their best.
Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:
* Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
* Assess and monitor progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes learning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil progress.
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning outcomes.
Requirements for Primary Teacher:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
* Recent experience teaching in a UK school setting is preferred.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A creative, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching.
* A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
* A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
