The Marketing Executive supports the wider Category Management and Trade Marketing team ensuring plans across the different retailers, brands and countries are executed on time and within budget. We have the ambition to be the largest nest for innovative new beauty brands in Europe and we are growing very fast with some successful brands from large groups such as Unilever, PzCussons and Revolution Beauty as well as independent disruptive brands. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Category Managers and coordinating cross-category Trade Marketing plans, including but not limited to Outlet, Christmas and New brand development. Make decisions on how to effectively meet business objectives and strategies, meet customer and marketing requests, seek approvals, and align stakeholders. Work with the local managers and supply chain to support the business needs from forecast to inventory allocation. Supporting the validation of customer price lists for each product, brand, and customer. Monitor, analyse and provide insights and recommendations on the Retail landscape utilising sales, gross shipments, and market data. Present recommendations, plans, recaps, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders. Support global marketing programs to increase retail sales to ensure high quality and seamless execution of all marketing initiatives. Co-ordinate plan updates for all key strategy retailer meetings, key launches, retailer exclusives, and e-retail teams. Review assortment plans with regional teams to ensure the most effective range is reflected by region and drive the implementation of customer-focused planograms for each quarter. Management of our showroom and samples ensuring the latest assortments and NPDs are available for display and for our regional teams. Skills and Experience Strong admin experience, ideally within the Beauty, Retail or FMCG industry Experience in Marketing, Buying or Category management would be beneficial Ability to prioritise and multi-task with outstanding attention to detail Analytical skills, strong numeric ability and data questioning approach Effective communication skills, together with a resilient character Pasion for creativity and innovation Confident and enthusiastic manner with the ability to be proactive and assertive Solutions driven and methodical approach to problem-solving Proficiency in Microsoft Office Languages experience would be beneficial
