I am currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a growing facilities management company to join a growing team at an office site in Sevenoaks. The successful Sales & Marketing Administrator will report directly into the accounts/contract manager and will provide support in the day-to-management of the contracted team.
* Responsibility for updating the sales and marketing team
* Completing prequalifications questionnaires
* Provide full administrative support to the bids team including printing and logging new tenders, requesting subcontractor quotes, preparing presentations.
* Assisting with completing forms of tenders
* Proof of reading and formatting sales proposals
* Coordinating diaries for site surveys
* Monitoring the internal sales inbox
* Taking minutes at monthly meetings
* Creation of tracked links for social content using URL builder
* Supporting client events
Experience working in an administrative role
* Advanced user in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Organised and efficient
* Being self-motivated and proactive
* Confident numerical skills especially when working with large amounts of data
