As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Be a market expert within your sector, allowing you to advise and consult your candidates and clients with your specialist market knowledge
* Engage with existing and new businesses
* Research and develop new business relationships
* Locate potential active and passive candidates
* Understand the needs of your clients and candidates
* Offer advice on the needs of your clients and candidates
* Be willing to work hard within a team of motivated and driven individuals
