Flexible Working: Hybrid working is available with up to three days from home. For highly experienced candidates in agricultural or development land work, the firm is open to further remote flexibility due to the niche nature of the expertise required. Salary and Benefits: The firm offers a highly competitive salary, starting from a minimum of £70,000 and rising to £80,000-£90,000 or more for exceptional candidates. A lucrative bonus scheme is in place, providing 20% of anything billed above 3.5 times target.
