Our client is looking for an outstanding individual to support 2 MDs
\n\n
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
\n\n
\n\t
* Extensive diary and in box management, frequently handling schedule conflicts and forward planning to anticipate ever-changing agendas!
\n\t
* Extensive meeting organisation, coordinating conference calls as well as client hospitality
\n\t
* Global travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, expenses
\n\t
* Committee/Board support
\n\t
* Building and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
\n\t
* Preparing/amending various reports and presentations
\n\t
* After 6 months, role will go 4 days in office, 1 WFH day
\n
\n\n
The skills you need to bring:
\n\n
\n\t
* Solid CV! Essential to have worked for no more than 4 executives and at MD level
\n\t
* PA experience gained within Wealth/Fund Management is highly advantageous
\n\t
* Ability to work under pressure in a high-achieving environment
\n\t
* Very strong relationship building skills
\n\t
* Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
\n\t
* Exemplary organisational and interpersonal skills
\n\t
* Multi-tasking is essential!

* Resilient team player with a good sense of humour
