Job Description
The Commercial Partner will deal with a range of responsibilities including;
* Working as part of a national practice group and developing the Commercial offering in Yorkshire.
* Transitioning contacts and clients across from your own network.
* Working closely with Partners in other areas and cross selling.
* Growing and developing a Commercial team locally.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
* Contribute to the overall growth and development of the company
* Represent the company in industry events and conferences
The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Partner should have:
* A background in Commercial, technology or IT gained from a known law firm.
* A track record of winning and generating new business.
* Ties to the Yorkshire market.
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proven track record in business development
