20 - FIXED TERM CONTRACT 12 MONTHS TO MAY 26
Hours : 1215 - 2300 Monday to Friday 48 hours per week - overtime available
To guarantee the completion of all shunting operations within the Transport Yard and to facilitate the prompt, efficient, and precise delivery of assembled products to our Nottingham Service Centre.
To maintain a safe and competent standard of driving, observing speed limits and other traffic signs and giving due regard to other road users.
To have a daily check to ensure that your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition including a check of the lights, brakes, coolant, etc.
To maintain the security of the vehicle and its contents at all times.
To help maintain good customer relations.
To maintain at all times good communications with the transport staff based at the service centre.
A full C+E driving licence, Driver Qualification Card and an up-to-date CPC card must be held.
Existing employees must update fleet services accordingly with any changes to their license status e.g. points on their license, driving bans etc

It should be noted that manual handling tasks such as lifting and bending are "essential requirements" of this role.
