Our client, a respected property consultancy based in Essex, is seeking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor to carry out building surveys. Skills required for this Graduate Building Surveyor role will include:
* Prefer a Degree in Building Surveying – RICS Accredited
* Assoc RICS qualification
* Working toward APC
* Proficient in AutoCAD
* Excellent customer service
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to build strong business relationships
* Confident in liaising with other sectors

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Salary range: £39,465 + car allowance of £1,300 pa
