We’re looking for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a caring, community-focused primary school. What you’ll be doing Providing targeted support to three pupils with SEND Helping them access learning in a way that works for them Building strong, trusting relationships that boost confidence and independence Working closely with the class teacher and wider team to create a supportive, inclusive environment What the school is like This is a school where values aren’t just posters on the wall, they’re lived every day. What we’re looking for Strong SEN experience is essential A calm, patient, and consistent approach Confidence supporting children with additional needs Someone who builds trust, spots the small wins, and keeps going on the tougher days All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
