Due to the expansion of our business in general and specifically our End Point Assessment provision, we are looking to find an exceptional and talented individual to join the team here at ETA, based in our Chorley office.

Ideally an administration/customer service background with experience of team leading/managing a small team would meet the requirements for this role.
Key Purpose
To liaise with customers, ETA colleagues and contractors in ensuring the quality delivery of administration relating to our operations support function whilst maintaining full compliance with all ETA, regulatory body and apprenticeship standards requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering the day to day operational support activities
* Undertaking assessment administration to include observation and invigilation
* Contribute to the regular review, maintenance and update of the extensive document and assessment material library (proofing & edit)
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of ETA’s operational activities
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* Confident, self-motivated communicator
* Excellent ICT skills and knowledge
* Good relationship development and team building skills
* Ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines
