Formroom is a multi-disciplinary award-winning design agency creating transformative environments for global retail, hospitality, and experiential brands. We are currently recruiting Interior Designers, ideally of mid to senior levels, to join our creative studio.
We’re looking for designers who are creatively confident, technically fluent, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio.
What we’re looking for:
This role is ideal for someone with strong interior design and visualization skills who can confidently contribute across concept development, technical design, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working commercially on retail, restaurant, and cafe interior design – from concept through to technical.
* Proficient inCinema 4D, ideally withRedshift for rendering
* Proficient inVectorworks for technical drawing and spatial planning
* Strong working knowledge of theAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel)
* Ability to produce accurate and engagingtechnical intent drawing packs
* Experience developing strong concepts andbrand narratives for client presentations
* Confident inclient-facing meetings, presenting ideas and receiving feedback
* Comfortable producinghigh-quality renders and visualizations
* Skilled inartworking, particularly for brand windows and detail packs
* Can produceloose sketch options (digitally or by hand) to explore early concepts
* Familiarity withFigma (used for internal presentations)
* Knowledge ofdigital sketching tools
* Understanding ofInsight & Strategy in brand-led environments
* Graphic / branding design skills
What you'll be working on:
From immersive retail environments to branded hospitality and lifestyle experiences, you’ll collaborate closely with our team of designers and project managers to bring ambitious ideas to life. You'll also be involved in shaping concepts, storytelling, and helping to maintain Formroom's reputation for intelligent, innovative design.
