Make Your Mark
As our Engineering Project Specialist, you’ll spearhead the structured delivery of capital projects—so in-depth experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems is a must. You’ll be the driving force behind solutions that delight stakeholders, collaborating with internal and external teams, and supporting engineering with complex troubleshooting.
* Lead Capex meetings and engage stakeholders using Arla’s best-in-class project management processes
* Own the annual Capex cycle—from proposal to presentation
* Ensure every project meets Arla’s technical and safety standards, from automation to maintainability
What You Bring
* Hands-on expertise with mechanical, electrical, and automated manufacturing systems
* Strong grasp of Lean principles and SAP/OEE
* An Engineering Degree (or equivalent) plus Prince 2, APM, Agile or similar certification preferred
* A proven track record in commercial processes, sourcing, tenders, and negotiations
