Pinksheep is growing — fast We work with some of the world's biggest brands, delivering creative, sustainable merchandise solutions that make an impact. We believe that effective merchandise campaigns use the right products to convey the right message and should be sustainably sourced.
As we continue our exciting journey of growth, we're looking for a Production & Sales Support Co-ordinator to join our friendly, ambitious team.
If you love keeping things organised, thrive in a busy environment, and take real pride in getting the details right, this could be the perfect role for you. You'll play a key part in ensuring our client orders run smoothly from start to finish and arrive on time, working closely with both our Clients and Sales team.
Are you the kind of person who spots a typo a mile away, loves ticking things off a to-do list, and gets a buzz from keeping everything running like clockwork in a busy environment? If so, we'd love to meet you
What you'll be doing
* Managing client orders through the production process from start to finish (no detail too small). Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure orders run seamlessly and are delivered on time with flawless communication all round.
* Assisting the sales team with creating sales quotes for client projects and making sure we are quoting correctly and promptly. We work as a close knit team to impress clients and convert orders – building great relationships is key
* Actioning support tickets for clients and colleagues – providing an A* service in both areas (keeping everyone in the loop, you'll be the hero who gets things sorted)
* Working closely with our in-house Warehouse team and pitching in when needed.
* Eventually, you'll be responsible for coordinating merchandise campaigns for blue chip brands, delivering primarily across Europe but also worldwide.
What we're looking for
* A competent administrator with excellent computer skills. You must be able to work at pace whilst ensuring accuracy (at least 1 year of office experience is desirable)
* An eagle eye for detail and accuracy (seriously, this one's key)
* Strong problem-solving skills – if a problem arises you find solutions and deliver a first-class service to colleagues and clients alike. You care about getting the job right and take pride in your work.
* Great team player with excellent communication skills – you'll be working with lots of different people daily. You're confident on the phone with all stakeholders.
* A cool head under pressure and can remain calm and focused, even when things get busy.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to make sure we hit important deadlines.
Why you'll love working with us
* We're a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way. You'll be part of a collaborative, people-first environment where your ideas are valued, and no two days are the same. If you love being organised, enjoy working with others, and get a kick out of making things happen on time and to perfection — this role is made for you.
* Team Socials & Wellbeing – from team walks and yoga to after-work get-togethers, we know the importance of connecting beyond the desk. We also offer Employee Assistance Programs and access to a well-being platform for added perks and financial tuition. All great tools designed to help you thrive both inside and outside of work.
* Life Cover & Health Insurance – after one year with us, you'll receive company-funded life cover along with Vitality Health Insurance. This gives you access to private healthcare when you need it most, plus a host of wellbeing perks and rewards that encourage healthy living. It's our way of looking after you for the long term.
* Pay – We believe in fair compensation for our team, so the pay will be based on your experience and skills.
