Key Responsibilities will include: Business Partnering · Partner with our new product teams to understand their goals and deliver legal solutions that support overall business strategy. · Develop deep expertise in the legal and regulatory risks impacting these sectors and provide proactive guidance to mitigate such risks. Legal Advisory · Offer timely, strategic legal counsel across a broad spectrum of legal issues. · Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including customer terms, supplier contracts, and reseller agreements. · Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the key agreements relevant to each business division. Legal Compliance · Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations affecting the business and, particularly, as we push ahead with new initiatives and Countries. · Conduct training sessions to ensure all employees are informed about legal risks and compliance requirements. Litigation Management · Manage and oversee litigation matters collaborating with external counsel where needed. · Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to reduce legal exposure and resolve disputes efficiently. Risk Management · Identify and evaluate legal risks associated with business activities and propose strategies to mitigate those risks. · Work closely with internal teams to implement risk management initiatives and support the overall business objectives.
