Self Employed Protection Insurance Adviser (Trainees welcome)
Location: Hammersmith – FT Office-based

This is a commission only high-impact, high-reward protection sales role with hot inbound leads, no cold calling, and a proven model:
* £1,000+ per policy (typical)
* Clients who need you — not who need convincing
* Advisers feeding you qualified leads daily
Realistic OTE:
* Year 1: £30,000–£50,000
* Year 2: £80,000–£120,000
* Year 3: £150,000+
* Year 4: £175,000+
What You'll Be Doing:
* Convert live, qualified mortgage leads into protection business — no cold sourcing
* Work closely with your adviser pod to maximise referral volumes and retention
* Deliver honest, client-first advice with precision, urgency, and follow-through
* Own your pipeline — from contact to completion
* Learn, grow, and earn — with clear targets and ongoing coaching
