A warm and inclusive primary school in Beaconsfield is looking for a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from 22nd September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD
* Assist in delivering differentiated lessons under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Support the implementation and review of EHCPs alongside staff and external professionals
* Use a variety of strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience supporting children with SEND in a primary or specialist setting (preferred but not essential)
* Patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Comfortable supporting personal care and sensory needs when required
* Committed to safeguarding, continuous learning, and collaborative working
