The Role
As an Insurance Account Handler, youll support Account Executives in managing client portfolios, handling renewals, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day servicing. Youll be a trusted point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries
Prepare and present quotations across various commercial lines
Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide responsive, professional service to clients and colleagues
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
What Youll Bring
Experience in commercial insurance broking (ideally within an Account Handler role)
Strong technical knowledge across key insurance classes
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication and client service abilities
Cert CII or working towards (preferred but not essential)
