We are seeking a qualified Revenue Management Controller on a Fixed Term Contract basis who possesses customer selling expertise within the UK FMCG market, who can enhance our department's capabilities.
Please note this role is a 9-12 month FTC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating pricing, promotional, and terms strategies and processes that will empower Weetabix Food Company to implement mutually beneficial commercial strategies across all channels and clientele, while also assisting the sales teams in the execution of these strategies. Furthermore, this individual will oversee the strategy and implementation of our customer brand plans.
Working closely with the Head of department, Commercial Director, Brand representatives, & Finance to develop the Weetabix Commercial Strategy
· Define the overall Pricing strategy by brand for WFC and be responsible for communicating it to the wider company inc tracking tools
· Develop and grow Revenue Management capability amongst the team, building out our future capability and learning (such as TPM, TPO, execution models etc)
· Champion commercial acumen and knowledge sharing within WFC
· Lead and shape the customer brand commercial strategy and execution across WFC
· Support the development of the Customer Joint Business Planning process / course correction to ensure plans deliver the budgeted financial targets
· EPOS, shopper data, promotional analysis data, Tableau, TPM tools)
