Requirements:
1. An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one ( we can help with this ).
2. PGCE & QTS.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in at least one musical instrument and vocal performance
4. Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and various genres
5. Proven experience in teaching music to students of different age groups and skill levels
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
7. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to individual student's needs and goals
8. Teach fundamental music techniques, sight-reading, music theory, and ear training
9. Guide students in repertoire selection and performance preparation
10. Conduct regular assessments to track student's progress and provide constructive feedback
11. Organise and coordinate student recitals, competitions, and other performance opportunities
12. Stay updated with current trends and advancements in music education
