* Strong legal knowledge with excellent drafting and advisory skills

* Experience in advocacy, including court, chambers, or tribunal settings

* Confident presenting to audiences

* Commercial, practical, and financial awareness

* Able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

* Excellent interpersonal and business development skills

* Strong problem-solving ability

* Ambitious and motivated to progress professionally

* Skilled negotiator

* Highly organised, with the ability to manage a caseload independently (with supervision where appropriate)
