Quality and Safeguarding Support Officer

The Growth Company (GC) is seeking a Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Support Officer to support the delivery and administration of quality assurance activities across our Employment business unit. This role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of service delivery, safeguarding practice, and compliance, enabling participants to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the delivery of quality assurance activities to ensure participants achieve sustainable outcomes.
2. Organise and administer quality and safeguarding monitoring meetings, including the Employment Safeguarding Panel.
3. Maintain and monitor quality information systems such as observation trackers, action plans, customer feedback responses, and the GC Safeguarding Reporting System.
4. Collate and present quality-related data to inform continuous improvement activities.
5. Assist with internal quality audits and produce monthly and quarterly reports for the management team.
6. Support external audits and accreditation processes (. Matrix, Fidelity Reviews, and other quality marks).
7. Provide induction training and resources for colleagues using the Safeguarding Reporting System.
8. Administer training activities for Quality and Safeguarding development, including promotion, attendance monitoring, and record-keeping.

16. Willing to travel across sites when required.

Skills and Experience:

17. Strong administrative and recording skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Teams) and online delivery platforms.
18. Experience in a Quality Assurance or Safeguarding environment is desirable.
19. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new initiatives and service delivery models.
20. Knowledge of safeguarding to Level 2 standard (or willingness to undertake training to achieve this).
21. Understanding of the public sector environment and quality standards.
22. Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
23. Experience supporting audits, compliance, and reporting processes.

We are currently unable to provide sponsorship for work permits or visas. Therefore, we can only consider candidates who already have the legal right to work in the UK.
