About the Role
Shape the future of AI in the Norwegian language. This role as an AI Trainer for Norwegian Writers offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and develop your AI skills. You will train AI models to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Norwegian content generated by AI. The position offers flexible scheduling and a direct impact on AI development for the Norwegian language.
Your Day to Day
* Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Norwegian. Your guidance will improve the AI's accuracy and real-world applicability.
* Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex problems in Norwegian, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing. Your input helps teach the AI reasoning skills.
* Red Teaming: Use your expertise to identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge. Design tests to push the model's understanding and ensure reliable outputs.
* Flexible Hours: Create your own working hours depending on project needs.
About You
* Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
* Fluent in Norwegian.
* Strong English writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
* Critical eye with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of texts.
* Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
* Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Additional Information
This is a freelance, hourly-paid position. It is not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may apply after consulting with an advisor. We cannot provide employment documentation. Compensation varies by location and experience.
Pay range for US-based candidates is $15-$150 per hour. Rates vary based on skills, experience, and location.
