A growing business is looking for an English and Spanish speaking Sales Executive to take responsibility for identifying potential client opportunities, selling services, and closing deals resulting in increasing business and a steady growth of the client base.
Due to a significant portion of clients being located in Spanish:speaking regions, fluency in Spanish is essential for this role.
As Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
: Creating, guiding, and directing new business development opportunities aligning to current business strategy
: Achieving quarterly and annual quotas by acquiring new accounts
: Identifying, articulating, and executing new opportunities and business propositions
: Preparing and presenting detailed business cases
: Developing and providing data on markets, customer, and competitor activity
: Working alongside junior team members to ensure they have all the support, advice, tools, and training to hit their targets
: Working on developing sustainable candidate databases for designated clients to ensure long term ability to fulfil requirements
: Meeting with clients in a sales environment to drive business and knowledge
: Demonstrating an advanced knowledge of the industry, clients, and roles
: Making relevant sales appointments with clients
: Teaming up with other employees to make sure clients' job requirements can be fulfilled
: Generating new leads
: Following up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with candidates and services
: Continuously finding new target markets and penetrating them to drive new business
: Working with the sales director and marketing to develop new strategies
: Continuously discovering target markets and advantages of other companies
We're looking for a Sales Executive with:
: Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential
: Strong Sales negotiation and closing skills
: Suitable experience in generating brand new business opportunities in IT Sales
: Demonstrable success in new business sales; you should have a proven track record of delivering growth within a complex client portfolio
: The ability to be innovative and creative where you can challenge conventional thinking and push the boundaries of established practice
: (Desirable) Educated to Degree standard
: Excellent computer skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
: History of achieving personal and divisional targets
: Proven experience of face:to:face client engagement
: Strong analytical and numerical skills
