The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to support an ambitious programme of evidence-based research and behaviour-change projects within a prestigious public sector organisation, committed to engaging with and understanding its residents and communities.
What you’ll do:
We're seeking a skilled, experienced and conscientious colleague to design and deliver both quantitative and qualitative research. Based within our Consultation and Performance Unit, this role provides the opportunity to work on a range of projects, incorporating behavioural science and social marketing techniques, co-production and consultations.
The successful candidate will be a confident researcher, adept at using a range of research techniques and able to translate data into clear narratives suitable for a range of audiences. Drawing on their experience and expertise, they will help to build a better understanding of the motivations, views and attitudes of Hampshire’s residents and stakeholders and use this evidence to co-design solutions.
