The Opportunity:
After a successful launch three years ago, being stocked in Wolf & Badger, TK Maxx and achieving strong sales, we're currently seeking someone interested in gaining hands‑on experience in marketing, problem solving and driving revenue to continue scaling the brand.
This role will give you high levels of ownership early in your career. You must be solutions‑driven; if you are driven by results and enjoy continuous learning, this role will suit you perfectly.
Please note, this is an in‑person role and requires you to be in the office in Swindon, Wiltshire five days per week.
About you:
* Previous experience in content creation (especially video editing) and/or social media management.
* Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
* Very strong career interest in building a sustainable lifestyle brand.
* Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving high targets.
* Problem‑solving skills, you enjoy finding the root causes of problems and implementing logical solutions.
* Strong execution skills and a “get things done” attitude.
* A self‑starter who's okay with ambiguity and high propensity to self‑motivate.
* Ability to work from our office in Swindon, Wiltshire three days per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Drive revenue growth and brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives.
* Curate and manage our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) by posting regularly and creating engaging, on‑brand content.
* Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including website content, email marketing, Meta ads, and social media strategies while monitoring performance.
* Maintain and continuously improve lifecycle email programs using A/B testing, segmented customer journeys, and tailored campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
* Build and nurture influencer partnerships to support content creation and implement cross‑channel promotional strategies.
* Conduct customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, and product listing reviews to optimize sales, user engagement, and overall performance while also informing decisions on new product development and launches.
