Assistant Store Manager - Fort William
As the Assistant Store Manager of our iconic store in Fort William, you will assist in managing the store's profit and loss through effective team management. We value commercial awareness and KPI focus, so you should have excellent skills in monitoring sales figures to ensure profitability. Customer service is a priority, and you will be expected to lead by example in delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have retail experience, preferably at a supervisory or management level. Knowledge of the outdoor sports market is advantageous.
