We are seeking a Part-Time Key Holder for a 24 hours-per-week contract. This is a permanent position.
Availability: Candidates must be available on both weekdays and weekends.
About the Role
As a Key Holder, you will oversee the daily operations at Typo. You will report to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and ensure that the management team’s directives are executed at all times within the store. The Key Holder is responsible for managing Sales Associates’ attendance, productivity, and morale. You will support, direct, and assist your team in all their duties, motivating and inspiring them to work efficiently. Additionally, you will monitor Sales Associates to ensure they maintain a friendly and helpful attitude toward customers. Please note, Key Holders are not responsible for establishing store policies or evaluating employee performance through written documentation.
Skills & Experience
* Retail sales experience demonstrating confidence in introducing new products and achieving sales targets
* Retail leadership experience, including leading aspects of the business and developing team members
* Ability to complete tasks with a sense of urgency
* Understanding of delivering high standards of customer service
