Plasterer/Tiler – Full Time – Sheffield and Surrounding
We are looking for an experienced Plasterer / Tiler to join our Planned Works team within social housing. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Planned Works Plasterer / Tiler to carry out high-quality repairs and refurbishments in occupied and void properties.
What’s on offer?
• Rate of pay: £20-£22 / hour + Van / Fuel Card
• Contract type: Minimum of 12 weeks
• Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
• Start date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out patch plastering and full wall plastering
• Complete skimming to a high standard
• Undertake wall tiling up to seven rows high
• Install splashbacks in kitchens and bathrooms
• Support with kitchen and bathroom rip-out works when required
• Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy after completion
• Work safely in occupied and void properties as part of the Planned Works team
About you
• Proven experience as a Plasterer/Tiler within social housing or property maintenance
• Confident in both plastering and tiling tasks, with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently or as part of a Planned Works team
• Holds a full UK driving licence
