Hours: 40.25 hoursper week
Pay: £13.20 per hour
Contract: Full-time
Shift: Days (7am - 7pm, including some weekends)
What do you need to succeed:
Our Hospitality Assistants, assist our care teams to providean exceptional hospitality service, supporting the Head Chef, Reception Teams,Housekeeping and Lifestyles Team.
This is a key role at the heart of our residents’ dailylives, so strong people skills and good organisation are essential. If you havehospitality experience and a genuine interest in care, this could be theperfect opportunity for you.
As a Hospitality Assistant, your key responsibilitieswill include:
* Assistingwith meal service either in resident rooms or dining rooms.
* Toensure that water/drink jugs are regularly refilled in resident rooms.
* Helpset up and clear down tables before and after lunch service.
* Recording and monitoring the temperatures offridges and dining room service stations to meet compliance standards.
* Maintainingthe Bistro to ensure it remains clean, organised and consistently wellstocked.
* Attendingto residents “non care” related needs including opening/closing curtains,changing TV channels etc.
To be successful in this role, you need to have/be:

* Previousexperience of working in a similar role within a luxurious setting.
* Cando attitude and willingness to work with us in ensuring we support ourresidents with the best quality service.
* Customerfacing experience including building working relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders.
