We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Maths Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. This would suit a subject specialist in Maths.

The successful candidate will:
* Plan and deliver lessons whilst following the national curriculum.
* Have a desire to work in an SEN setting.
* Be approachable, flexible and adaptable, with a desire to make a difference in our students' lives.
* Have the capability for supporting children with social and emotional behavioural needs within an educational environment.
* Possess effective communication and relationship building skills.
* Be passionate about providing quality education care and support to young people.
* To intervene physically with our students, when required, using Team Teach trained techniques when de-escalation strategies have failed (full training will be provided).
* Demonstrate analytical thinking to improve the quality of pupils' learning.
* Build team commitment with colleagues and in the classroom to engage and motivate pupils.
Qualifications and requirements:
* QTS or equivalent required.
* Proven teaching experience.
* Desire to work in an SEN setting.
* Effective communication skills and ability to build good relationships.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Full UK driving licence – desirable.
