Our client, within the Energy Industry, are looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join their team.
Requirements:
* 1-2+ years experience as an IT Administrator
* Excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ideally have completed training in the IT environment or comparable training
* Practical knowledge of the Microsoft environment
* Experience within the Energy industry would be desirable
Key Responsibilities:
* 1st Level User support for hardware and software problems via telephone, email, remotely or on site
* Network administration (Firewall, Routing, VPN)
* Creation and maintenance of system documentation
* Collaboration on IT projects and development of solution concepts
* Acquiring and setting up tech for new starters
