We are seeking a Salesforce Partner Portal Administrator to work closely with internal teams, technical stakeholders, and partner users to ensure a seamless portal experience, support business processes, and implement improvements. The ideal candidate will have proven Salesforce administration experience, especially managing Partner or Experience Cloud portals, user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and access management, as well as 2nd line support and portal configurations.

Client Description
Our client is a multinational technology company known for popular consumer electronics, media and entertainment services, software, cloud services, fitness accessories, and payment solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Portal Administration: Manage user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and access; maintain portal configurations and custom components.
* User Support & Enablement: Provide Tier 2 support, resolve access issues, troubleshoot errors, create user guides and FAQs.
* System Maintenance & Improvements: Identify automation and efficiency opportunities, collaborate on technical enhancements.
* Security & Compliance: Ensure secure access, conduct audits, and maintain data governance standards.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business teams, regional operations, and global Salesforce team to gather requirements, prioritize changes, and participate in testing.
Key Requirements:
* Proven Salesforce administration experience, especially with Partner or Experience Cloud portals.
* Understanding of user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data visibility.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and user-centric approach.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical users.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a global technology company or with external partner ecosystems.
* Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
