About the Role
Smile Education are proud to partner with a number of Catholic schools across Coventry, who are looking for high-quality, committed teachers to join their school communities. These schools are rooted in Gospel values, with a focus on developing the whole child — academically, spiritually and personally.
We are seeking teachers who are not only confident in the classroom but also happy to support and uphold the Catholic ethos that underpins daily life in these schools. If you’re looking for a teaching role where values, faith and community are at the heart of education, this could be the perfect fit.
What We’re Looking For
- Teachers who can deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- A willingness to uphold and respect the Catholic ethos of the school.
- Strong classroom management and a positive, adaptable approach.
-Dedication, flexibility and a genuine passion for making a lasting difference.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or completion of ECT induction.
What’s on Offer
-The chance to work within welcoming Catholic school communities across Coventry.
-Competitive daily rates, to-scale salaries for long-term roles.
-Ongoing support from a Smile Education consultant who understands the Catholic education sector.
-Opportunities to teach in schools where values, community and faith are central to learning.
- Flexibility to choose the roles that work best for your lifestyle.
