Our client based in Thatcham is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis, starting ASAP.
This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, detail-focused, and keen to learn, full training will be provided.
This Administrator role will involve answering customer enquiries via phone and email, dealing with incoming and outgoing emails, and updating basic Excel spreadsheets.
You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints professionally, assisting with stock-related tasks, and supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.
You will be working as part of a small, friendly team, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy across all tasks.
