About The Role
A position has become available to coordinate and supervise the administration activities within the Prevention department. The successful candidate will ensure the provision of a high quality and efficient administrative service to facilitate the delivery of the Prevention portfolio activities. You will manage the Prevention Administrator, supervise day-to-day workload and determine priorities to ensure targets and deadlines are met. Excellent Administration, Time Management And Communication Skills Are Essential.
There will be a requirement for some travel for which a pool car will be provided.
Required Qualifications And Experience
* 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualification: Grade C or above in English and Mathematics.
* NVQ Level 3 in relevant subject or demonstrable experience.
* Relevant typing qualification or demonstrable experience.
* Supervisory management.
* Working in an office-based environment.
* Windows based software including Word and Excel.
* Use of databases and extracting reports.
* Dealing with the public and external customers.
* Dealing with confidential and sensitive issues ensuring that systems are coordinated to maintain confidentiality.
* Preparation of reports and statistical information.
