Deputy Manager – Residential Childcare Location: Coalville, LE67 Salary: £31,000 – £35,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 8-hour shifts | Flexitime available About the Role We are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager for a 3-bed children’s residential home in Coalville. The home provides high-quality care and support to children and young people, helping them build strong foundations for a successful future. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a compassionate and driven individual with a proven track record in residential childcare. You’ll be confident in leading teams, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF).
