We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator/Receptionist. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Maintain the office areas (clean and organised). Ensure visitors sign in and out and follow safety and security procedures. Answer and forward, where necessary, incoming phone calls. Take and relay accurate messages. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with filing and documentation, where appropriate. Order office supplies when required. What We Need From You: Essential requirements: Strong organisations skills. Excellent communication skills. A good level of written and spoken English. Basic IT skills.
